Southern Fun NZ 2019
Once again Tim Brown, Louis Tapper and friends are presenting a Fun paragliding xc competition for new, novice and experienced pilots. The competition will be based out of Wanaka, Otago as per previous years.
Dates: 27th - 30th December, 2019
Location: Wanaka-Queenstown and environs.
This competition will be a FAI Cat2 sanctioned event ( the application is currently pending).
Over the last two years this has been a most successful event flying from possibly new, or not usually flown sites in the Wanaka -Queenstown region. Traveling each morning may be required. This year we may investigate flying near Omarama or Garston, south of Queenstown.
Registration is open on a 'first-come-first-served' basis and limited to 60 pilots.
